The Exploration on the Practice of Professional Responsibility Training of Clinical Medical Postgraduates

职业责任感是人们对自身所从事职业的内部行为要求的自觉感知和职业操守的自觉遵守,是个人价值观念、价值取向在职业领域里的表达。医学职业责任感要求医生必须将病人健康放在首位,公平地对待每一位患者,将仁心、仁术施于患者。在目前临床专业硕士研究生群体职业责任感缺失的整体现状下,加强研究生道德感的培养对于构建和谐医患关系、维护人民生命健康具有更为现实和深远的意义。文章分析了目前研究生群体职业责任感的现状,针对导师在研究生职业责任感培养方面的作用不足,职业责任感培养方式与研究生实践特点相分离等问题,提出了发挥研究生导师的主导作用和发挥研究生的自我教育功能,以及结合时事政治开展职业责任感培养的实践探索。

Professional responsibility is the awareness of the occupation professional requirements of internal behavior and the consciousness to abide by professional ethics. It is in the field of professional expression of value orientation. The medical professional responsibility asks the doctor to put the patient health in the first place, be fair to every patient, and give goodness and kindness to patients. The current situation is clinical master graduate student lack of occupational responsibility. To strengthen the cultivation of graduate students＂ moral sense is more realistic and has far - reaching significance to build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship and maintain people＇s health. This paper analyzes the status of graduate student community responsibility. For the problem of lack of the role of tutors in cultivation of graduate student career sense of responsibility, the separation of professional responsibility and the graduate practice, we put forward to give play to the guiding role of tutors and give play to the self - education function of graduate students. Besides, we also suggest to connect the cultivation of occupational responsibility with current events.
