硕士研究生创新能力培养的现状研究

The Present Situation of the Graduate Student Innovation Ability Training

提高硕士研究生创新能力是研究生教育锲而不舍的追求目标。由于目前我国提高硕士研究生创新能力的实践教学大多基于定性分析,因此本文在系统论指导下,结合定量分析法,综合分析各种硕士研究生类型的统计调查,总结硕士研究生创新能力培养方面呈现的特点和经验,从硕士研究生、导师、学校管理、社会四个方面提出相应建议,以便更好地开展相对应的实践教学,提高硕士研究生的创新能力,促进硕士研究生更好地适应社会需求。

Improve the innovation ability of postgraduate is the persistent pursuit of graduate education goals, while the facts is that how to improve graduate student innovation ability of practice teaching are mostly based on the qualitative analysis. Then this study are guided by system theory and combined with the quantitative analysis method, in order to comprehend analysis of various types of statistical investigation of postgraduate. In light of the master graduate student, teacher, school management, social, we put forward the corresponding suggestion, for the sake of carrying out the corresponding practice teaching, improving the innovation ability of postgraduate, and promoting graduate student better adapt to the needs of society.
