摘要
目的探讨急性酒精中毒性低血糖昏迷的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析36例急性酒精中毒性低血糖昏迷患者的临床表现、实验室检查结果及治疗方法。结果 36例酒精中毒性低血糖昏迷患者,经及时有效处理,均康复出院。结论急性酒精中毒性低血糖昏迷是酒精中毒中的危重病症,早期识别、给予对症处理均能取得满意效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypoglycemic coma,which is induced by acute alcoholism. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical presentation,laboratory results and treatment of 36 case of hypoglycemic coma,induced by acute alcoholism. Results All of the patient,are well treated and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Hypoglycemic coma,because of acute alcoholism,is a critical disease in alcoholism. Early diagnosis and treatment are benefit for it.
