新疆某三甲医院病床工作效率评价

Evaluation of a sickbed work efficiency of first class hospital in Xinjiang

目的科学评价医院病床工作效率,为医院管理决策提供信息支持。方法应用综合评价指数评价某院2005年—2013年病床工作效率。结果 2005年某院P值最低,2006年—2009年为跨越式递增,其中2009年达最高峰,2010年有所回落,2011年—2013年又呈现逐步回升。结合医院实际情况分析,该院2007年—2013年工作效率完成情况都在100%以上,病床工作效率较高。结论某院床位设置仍不能满足病源的需求,应继续加强适当规模建设,降低安全隐患,防止因工作数量、诊疗时间等因素的制约而导致医疗质量下降,出现医疗风险。

Objective Scientific evaluation of the efficiency of hospital beds, hospital management information to support decision-making. Methods Application of comprehensive evaluation index to evaluate hospital bed efficiency from 2005 to 2013. Results In 2005 P value of the minimum, 2006~2009, is by leaps and bounds, which in 2009 reached a peak and somewhat fall after a rise in 2010.2011~2013 years has gradually picked up. Combined with the actual situation of hospital, the hospital from 2007 to 2013 the completion of work efficiency is above 100%, a hospital bed efficiency is relatively high. Conclusions A hospital bed set up still cannot meet the needs of patients, should continue to strengthen the appropriate scale of construction, reduce the security hidden danger, prevent medical quality by restricting quantity of work, treatment time and other factors and the emergence of medical risk.
