游离足背复合组织瓣修复手背复合组织缺损

摘要 目的观察游离足背复合组织瓣修复手背复合组织缺损的临床效果。方法 2008年5月—2011年9月我院用带肌腱的游离足背复合组织瓣移植修复手部复合组织缺损16例,皮肤缺损面积6.5 cm×4.0 cm^10.0 cm×8.5cm,切取皮瓣面积为8.5cm×5.0cm^11.5cm×10.0cm;趾长伸肌腱的切取长度7cm^13cm。按中华医学会手外科学会上肢功能评定标准评定疗效,随访6个月~2年。结果术后16例皮瓣均成活,优9例,良5例,可2例。结论游离足背复合组织瓣是一种有效修复手背复合组织缺损并重建伸指功能的手术方法。 Objective Reported free dorsalis pedis composite tissue flap to repair hand composite tissue defects of clinical effect. Methods Review in May 2008 to September 2011, with tendon of free dorsalis pedis composite tissue flap transplantation to repair hand composite tissue defects in 16 cases, skin defect area of 6.5 cm × 4.0 cm^10.0 cm × 8.5 cm, cut the flap harvest area of 8.5 cm × 5.0 cm^11.5 cm × 10.0 cm. Toe long extensor tendon for 7 to 13 cm length. According to the Chinese medical association in to the upper extremity function evaluation standard to assess efficacy. Follow-up of 6 months to 2 years. Results 16 cases were transplanted tisssues survived after surgery. Excellent 9 cases, good in 5 cases, 2 cases. Conclusions Free dorsalis pedis composite tissue flap to repair hand composite tissue defects is an effective repair back of composite tissue defects and reconstruction refers to the function of surgical method.
