膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅱ度损伤的治疗选择探讨

目的：探讨膝关节内侧副韧带新鲜Ⅱ度损伤手术治疗与保守治疗方案的选择。方法我院自2007年以来共收治51例单纯膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅱ度损伤患者，手术治疗组26例，保守治疗组25例。术后随访时间2周~6个月，分别行影像学及膝关节Lysholm scale评分对比。结果手术治疗组与保守治疗组疗效无明显统计学差异。结论膝关节内侧副韧带新鲜Ⅱ度损伤手术治疗与保守治疗疗效无差异，临床上应视患者情况具体选择。
