中药治疗63例湿疹临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of 63 cases of eczema

目的观察对湿疹进行中医辨证分型治疗的临床疗效。方法将我院63例湿疹患者作为研究对象,分为血虚风燥证、湿热浸淫证、脾虚湿蕴证3个证型并采用自拟祛风养血汤、止痒汤以及健脾除湿汤进行治疗。结果治愈19例(30.2%),显效25例(39.7%),有效14例(22.2%),无效5例(7.9%),总有效率达92.8%。结论对湿疹进行中医辨证分型并采用相应的方剂进行治疗,费用低,毒副作用少,疗效可靠,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM differential diagnosis and treatment of eczema. Methods 63 cases of eczema as the research object were divided into blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome, damp heat syndrome, spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome syndrome type three and treated with blood decoction, Qufeng Zhiyang Decoction and Jianpichushi Decoction. Results 19 cases were cured （30.2%）, 25 cases （39.7%） were great effective with 14 cases （22.2%）of effective and 5 cases of invalid（7.9% ）, the total effective rate was 92.8% .Conclusion The eczema is differential diagnosis of TCM syndrome type and the treat with corresponding prescriptions, curative effect is reliable with low cost and less side effects, which worthy of further clinical study.
