布地奈德与特布他林雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察医用压缩雾化机吸入布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法将支气管哮喘急性发作患者60例随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用布地奈德和特布他林混悬液使用医用压缩机雾化吸入。对治疗后症状、体征持续时间进行比较。结果观察组呼吸困难缓解,心率恢复正常,哮鸣音、咳嗽等症状消失均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论医用压缩雾化机雾化吸入布地奈德联合特布他林混悬液控制支气管哮喘急性发作疗效显著。
