文章分析了濉溪县中小河流治理存在问题及规划的必要性和紧迫性,提出了治理对策。
This paper analyzes the problems of the Middle and Small Rivers in Suixi County , points out it is necessary and urgent to make a plan. , and pus forward its countermeasures.
