摘要
目的了解新入职护士关怀能力和对关怀行为的感知状况,分析两者间相关关系,为培养新护士关怀能力及关怀行为提供依据。方法采用关怀能力评价量表(CAI)和关怀维度测量表(CDI)对171名新入职护士进行调查。结果关怀能力、关怀行为感知的总分分别为199.23±20.14、85.49±10.97;CAI与CDI呈正相关(r=0.54,P<0.01)。结论新入职护士关怀能力处于较低水平,关怀行为感知处于中上等水平,两者间关系密切。应对新入职护士加强整体护理内涵及关怀行为培训,增强新入职护士对关怀行为的感知力,提升关怀能力。
Objective To describe new nurses' caring ability and caring behavior perception, along with the relationship between them, and to provide evidence for cultivating caring ability and caring behaviors of new nurses. Methods The Caring Ability Invento- ry (CAD and Caring Dimensions Inventory (CDI) were used to investigate 171 new nurses. Results The nurses scored 199.23 ± 20.14 on the CAI and 85.49±10.97 on the CDI. The total CAI score was positively correlated with the CDI score(r=0.54,P〈0.01). Conclusion The new nurses report a somewhat low level of caring ability and a medium to high level of caring behavior per- ception. Nurses' caring behavior is closely correlated with their caring ability. We should provide education on explaining the mea- ning of holistic nursing and on practicing caring behaviors to improve caring behavior perception of new nurses, thus to improve their caring ability.
