摘要
研究了两种模具结构对挤压平板型材的粗晶环厚度分布的影响,借助金相显微镜研究了平板型材边缘的组织与结构,利用HyperXtrude研究了两模具焊合腔压力分布、金属流动均匀性及成型区域温度的分布.结果表明:模孔半遮蔽形模具改变了平板型材粗晶环的厚度分布,圆弧面粗晶环厚度远小于非圆弧面粗晶环厚度;模孔半遮蔽形设计可提高焊合腔内部焊合压力,并呈现不对称分布;模孔半遮蔽形设计使得焊合腔及成型区域内部金属流动更均匀;模孔半遮蔽形模具成型区处圆弧面温度低于非圆弧面温度,这是影响粗晶环厚度差异的重要原因.
Two kinds of die structure was studied ,which would determine the distribution of the thickness of coarse grain ring of flat profile .The microstructure of flat profile was studied by means of metallograph-ic microscopye .The distribution of welding chamber pressure ,uniformity of metal flowing and temperature of mold cavity and processing window was studied by HyperXtrude .The results indicates that the welding pressure of welding chamber is increased and exhibited asymmetric distribution ;the metal flow in the weld-ing cavity and processing window is more uniform .The temperature of arc surface is lower than that of non-arc surface .This is an important factor affecting the difference of coarse grain ring of flat profile .
