职住均衡对重庆市交通出行的影响

摘要 以重庆市主城九大行政区为研究单元,基于2007~ 2011年的统计数据,采用就业-居住偏离度指数定量分析了主城区职住分布的空间差异与变化情况,并探讨了职住分布对人均出行次数、交通方式分担率、出行时间等交通出行指标的影响.结果表明:①主城区职住分布的空间差异及变化明显,总体呈现职住进一步分离;②主城区内职住越平衡人均出行次数越少;③职住进一步分离是小汽车出行增长的原因之一;④职住进一步分离是居民出行时间增多的原因之一. Taking nine administrative regions of Chongqing urban city as research units and based on statistical data of 2007-2011, spatial differences and changes of jobs-housing distribution are analyzed by using jobs- housing deviation degree index. The impact of jobs-housing distribution to per capita travel times, mode split and travel time is discussed. The results show that it is very significant that spatial differences and changes of jobs-housing distribution of Chongqing urban area, and further separation is generally expected. With more bal- anced jobs-housing, the fewer per trip times in the urban area. Jobs-housing further separation is one of the rea- sons that car travel growth and travel time increase.
