摘要
应用轴承载荷分布理论计算了最大滚动体载荷,建立了高速列车轴箱圆锥滚子轴承单个最大受载滚子的三维切片模型,进而运用有限元软件ABAQUS,对不同工况下三种对数凸形的滚子与内、外圈的接触应力及等效应力进行了探究;并对对称对数修形在三种工况载荷下,不同修形量与接触应力的关系进行了研究.得出对称对数修形效果最佳,非对称修形次之,并给出三种工况的最佳修形量数值.
The maximum rolling load has been calculated through the theory of bearing load distribution. Three dimensional slice model of the single maximum loading roller of the High-speed train journal box bearing has been built. The contact stress and Mises stress between four kinds of Logarithmic crowned rollers and inner race, outer race have been studied with the help of the finite element software, ABAQUS, under different load cases. Moreover, the relationship between the crowned quantum of symmetrical Logarithmic roller and the con- tact stress has been studied under three loading conditions. The results show that symmetrical Logarithmic crowned roller is more optimum than the asymmetrical ones. And the optimal crowned quantum has been deter- mined under three cases of loading.
