摘要
通过室内试验,揭示了湘西高液限红黏土特殊的路用特性.针对其特点,进行了试验路填筑,研究了多种工况组合下高液限红黏土直接填筑路堤的碾压效果.研究表明,[1.0,1.3]稠度范围内的高液限红黏土可直接用于下路堤填筑,填筑压实度可按88%标准控制,宜在最大强度含水率附近进行碾压.填土松铺厚度控制在25~ 30 cm,18t以上压路机低速静碾1遍+振碾2~4遍即可达到较好的压实效果.
The special properties of high liquid limit laterite in western Hunan are revealed through laboratory test. Based on the characters of high liquid limit laterite, the embankment filling tests are carried out, and the compacted effect of the high liquid limit laterite embankment under different combinations of conditions such as moisture,loose laying depth and roiling machinesis is studied. The results show that the high liquid limit later- ite with 1.0-1.3 natural consistency can be used directly as the filler of the embankment. The degree of com- paction can be controlled at 88% ,and the embankment should be compacted near the maximum strength water content. Better compacted effect can be achieved through controlling the laterite filling with 25-30 cm loosing thickness and using the 18 t or heavier roller for static compaction one time and vibration compaction 24 times.
