十四醇为底物合成新型槐糖脂及其抑菌作用 被引量:2

New sophorolipids synthesized using 1-tetradecanol and their fungistasis

摘要 植物致病菌是引起植物病害的主要病原微生物,其带来病害甚至植物瘟疫是作物减产甚至绝产的主要原因。本实验采拟威克酵母Y2A为菌种,以十四醇为发酵疏水底物合成新型槐糖脂,并研究了其对6株常见植物致病真菌的抑菌作用,包括孢子萌发抑制率以及菌丝蔓延抑制率。结果发现槐糖脂浓度达到5.0 g/L时,植物致病真菌孢子抑制率达到75%以上,并且10.0 g/L的槐糖脂能够明显抑制菌丝蔓延。最后,对其抑菌机理进行了初步研究。 Plant pathogenic fungi are major pathogenic microorganisms causing plant diseases,which induced the incidence of disease of crop plants and even brought the plague,resulting in the main reason for reduction of the crop yield even without harvests. Sophorolipids were synthesized by Wickerhamiella domercqiae Y2Ausing 1-tetradecanol as hydrophobic substrate and studied antimicrobial activity of them against six common plant pathogenic fungi. The results suggested that the concentration of sophorolipids was up to 5. 0 g /L resulting in spores inhibition rate of over 75%,and 10 g /L sophorolipids can inhibit hypha spreading. At last,The antimicrobial mechanism was preli minarily studied.
