摘要
从茶树外植体的选取、表面灭菌、培养基的确定及生长调节物质的确定等方面对茶树组织培养技术体系的研究进行综述,指出目前研究中存在的问题,并对今后的研究进行了展望,为进一步开展茶树组织培养研究提供参考。
The choices and disinfection of the explants,the determinations of culture medium and growth regulators were reviewed for tissue culture of tea in this paper. The present problems and the research in future were pointed out. It would provide a scientific basis for further research on tissue culture of tea.
