National Spatial Planning System and Planning Methods Based on the Tridimensional Development of All Region

通过对国土空间内涵的解读,构建城乡空间、海陆空间和地上地下空间的规划体系与方法,并提出优化国土空间规划的对策建议。开展基于全域立体开发、突出陆海统筹的国土空间规划,对国土资源优化配置,促进经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。

Through intepretation of national spatial connotation,planning systems and methods containing the spatial of urban and rural area,land and sea,overground and underground were constructed. Several suggestions for optimizing national spatial planning were put forward. National spatial planning was carried out based on all region tridimensional development. Optimization allocation of national land resources has significance on promoting sustainable development of economic society.
