洁净室是高科技产业,高科技研究必要的硬件,为其提供必要的洁净度,温、湿度,压力等受控环境。同时,洁净室净化空调系统又是能耗大户,净化空调系统的能耗约占洁净室总能耗的50%~60%,因此,洁净室净化空调系统的节能是一个重要的课题。本文仅就洁净室净化空调系统的节能进行分析和探讨。

The cleanroom is for high-tech industries, of which necessary parameters are controlled for their development,such as cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure and others. Meanwhile, energy consumptions are huge in air conditioning system for cleanrooms, which is about 50%~60% of total energy consumption in cleanrooms. The analysis and discussions in energy saving for air conditioning system of cleanrooms were made, which in an important topic in energy saving.
