高职院校工学结合的问题和对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Combination of Work and Study in Higher Vocational Colleges

工学结合是高职院校培养技能应用型人才的有效方式,对高职院校和企业都具有极为重要的现实意义。本文在分析工学结合面临的相关政策法规缺失、高职院校角色定位不清、企业参与动力不足、管理运行机制不健全、监督与评价薄弱等问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策。

The combination of work and study is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate skill talents,which has a very important practical significance to vocational colleges and enterprises.This paper based on the analysis of the problems that the combination of work and study faced,such as the loss of relevant policies and regulations,the high vocational colleges＇ unclear role positioning,the lack of power enterprises to participate,the inadequate management and operation mechanism,the weak of supervision and evaluation,and proposed the corresponding solution countermeasures.
