顶岗实习是高职院校推进校企合作、工学结合人才培养的重要途径。本文探讨了基于校企混编模式下对高职院校学生顶岗实习进行管理的必要性,分析了高职院校学生顶岗实习教育管理存在的问题,提出了对高职院校学生顶岗实习开展校企混编管理的机制、方法和手段,促进高职院校人才培养体系的完善和人才培养质量的提高。

Internship is an important way for higher vocational colleges to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and cultivate students via work-integrated learning.This paper discusses the necessity for educating and managing internship students based on mixed coordination between colleges and enterprises,analyzes the problems of the education and management of internship students in higher vocational colleges,proposes mechanisms,methods and steps to carry on education and management of internship students based on mixed coordination between colleges and enterprises to refine the system and improve the quality for cultivating students.
