摘要
10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(10-HDA)目前主要由工蜂上颚腺分泌,常见于蜂王浆中,具有多种生理活性,有非常广阔的市场前景。本文以分泌10-HDA的意大利蜜蜂工蜂上颚腺为实验材料,研究0、5、10、15、20、25、30日龄蜜蜂10-HDA分泌规律,检测各日龄意大利工蜂头部10-HDA含量分布频数和冬季不同分工外勤蜂上颚腺10-HDA含量,结果发现:0日龄10-HDA含量最低,25日龄最高。但是各日龄每只蜜蜂10-HDA含量标准偏差较大;各日龄意大利工蜂头部10-HDA含量分布范围较大;较大的标准偏差与外勤蜂的不同分工无显著关系。
10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid( 10-HDA) secreted by the worker bees,mainly found in royal jelly,with a variety of physiological activity,has a very broad market prospects. Based on the worker bees mandibular gland( Apis mellifera ligustica) as experimental materials,secretion regularity of 10-HDA on day 0,5,10,15,20,25,30 was studied and distribution frequency of 10-HDA content of various workers head and 10-HDA content at different division of winter bees was detected. The results showed that the content of 10-HDA at 0 day was the lowest and was the highest at 25 th day; but 10-HDA content standard deviation of each bee at all the days of age is large; there is no significant relationships between the larger standard deviation and different division of field bee.
