摘要 根据评价生态文明建设的15个主要指标,本文应用了基于非线性主成分聚类分析方法进行了生态文明水平综合评价,科学的评价了2013年31个地区(港澳台除外)的生态文明水平;针对传统主成分在处理非线性问题上的不足,阐述了传统方法在数据无量纲化中"中心标准化"的缺点和处理"线性"数据时的缺陷,给出了数据无量纲化和处理"非线性"数据时的改进方法,并建立了一种基于"对数中心化"的非线性主成分分析和聚类分析的新的综合评价方法。通过MATLAB编程得出北京、浙江、上海与广东生态文明建设较好;河南、甘肃、山西与西藏生态文明建设较差,这与它们能源利用效率低下有密切关系。 According to 15 key indicators of ecological civilization construction,this paper carried out a comprehensive evaluation of the level of ecological civilization based on nonlinear principal component analysis and cluster analysis. 31 regions( excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan) Ecological Civilization levels were scientifically evaluated in 2013. In view of the lack of traditional main ingredient in dealing with nonlinear problems,defects of traditional methods and shortcomings in dealing with"linear"data were expounded in the data in dimensionless"central standardized". Improved method of the data and process dimensionless " nonlinear" data was given. A new comprehensive evaluation method was established based on " logarithmic center" of the nonlinear principal component analysis and cluster analysis. MATLAB programming drawn by Beijing,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Guangdong ecological civilization is better; Henan,Gansu,Shanxi poor and ecological civilization construction in Tibet,which is closely related to their inefficient use of energy.
