摘要
大型石油储罐多建于沿海、山谷,极易遭风灾影响。通过对一个一万立方米储罐模型进行简化,研究石油储罐遭受风载作用时的屈曲状态,计算并衡量其抵抗大风能力大小。将储罐在有限元软件ABAQUS中进行了建模,运用弧长法进行计算和分析,计算出其临界屈曲载荷,得到其临界屈曲的位置。之后将储罐加上包边角钢进行模拟,计算出来对应的临界载荷,以判断抗风的效果。研究结果对于储罐设计过程以及抗风能力的评估具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
Large Oil storage tanks are most located in coastal and mountainous areas,which make them vulnerable to wind-induced disasters. The article then makes a simplification about a model of the storage tank,which is 10,000m3,investigate the buckling state when the oil storage tanks are under the wind load as well as to calculate and measure its ability of resisting the wind. we build the model in ABAQUS,the finite element software. Calculations and analysis are made with Riks method,to calculate the load of critical buckling and the location of critical buckling. After the tank plus wrapping angle was simulated,the critical load calculated corresponding,to judge the wind effect. The results of the investigation have some reference values both for the process of the storage tank design and the evaluation of its wind-resisting ability.
