摘要
针对某生产车间特殊工艺产生的排气放空噪声,设计了小孔喷注扩张式复合消声器,并利用CFD软件Fluent进行了消声器的流场仿真分析。建立了二维轴对称的简化模型,求解选用了大涡模拟方法,得到了消声器内部及附近的速度和压力分布云图,及消声器的插入损失和压力损失数据。仿真结果预测了该消声器的消声量满足工业噪声标准,其空气动力学性能符合工艺要求。
Complex Muffler with Small-hole Jetting, Expansion Muffler is designed for a special craft workshop vent noise and CFD software Fluent is used to conducted muffler' s flow field simulation. The building of a two-dimensional axisymmetric simplified model and the large-eddy simulation solving method make us get not only the result of the velocity and pressure contours inside the muffler and nearby but also muffler insertion loss and pressure loss data. The simulation results predict the muffler muffler meets the standards for industrial noise, and its aerodynamics meet the technical requirements.
