摘要
齿圈为传动系统中典型高精度弱刚度,本文针对该典型零件建立了三维有限元模型。工件采用了弹塑性材料模型,而刀具采用刚性材料模型,利用商业化软件ABAQUS,对所建立的模型进行了有限元分析,得到了齿圈车削时切屑的形成过程、切削热的分布以及切削力变化规律,将部分结果与理论规律做了比较,发现他们是吻合的。
Ring gear is a kind of high precision workpiece with weak stiffness in the transmission system. A 3D finite element model is established for the typical part. The elastic-plastic material model is used for workpiece,and the rigid material model for cutting tools. The finite element model was analysed by using commercial software ABAQUS,the formation process of chips in turning the ring gear,the distribution of cutting heat near rake face of cutting tool and the change law of cutting force was analyzed and the results was well matched with the law of theory.
