摘要 在对多种车型柔性化共线生产和对汽车白车身的结构的研究后,设计了汽车白车身工装夹具自动切换模块。该模块包含水平切换单元和竖直切换单元,水平切换单元采用气缸+直线导轨实现自动切换,到位后用夹具机械锁紧;竖直切换单元采用气缸+直线导轨自动切换,到位后利用四连杆机构本身原理锁紧。两个方向的结合可以实现各种车型产品由于定位点差异而需要切换的精确定位。这种机构的运用很好地实现多种车型共线生产,柔性化高。 Auto-switch module of vehicle BIW tooling is designed after studying on multi-model flexibility production and vehicle BIW. This module includes horizontal switch and vertical switch. Horizontal switch unit achieve auto-switch by adopting cylinder + linear guide and lock with jig mechanism when it is in place. Vertical switch unit achieve auto-switch by adopting cylinder + linear guide and lock with the principle of four-bar linkage mechanism. The combination of two directions realize precise locating for all model of vehicles which needs to be switched due to different locating points. Multi-model vehicles common in line production is well achieved by using this module and it has high flexibility.
