摘要
为了解决大型铸件模型的数控加工问题,提出了铸型分块坎合组装加工制造方法的思想以及其应用场合和采用原则,并以汽车门覆盖件检测模具为案例,采用分块坎合组装加工可可以显著提高铸型加工效率,实现了大型复杂铸型的数控加工。
In order to solve the CNC machining large castings model,the molded block candy and assembly processing manufacturing method and its applications and thought the principle were put forward in this paper,and to automobile door cover parts detection mould for an example of case,block and can improve assembly processing can be molded processing efficiency and achieve a large complex molded in nc machining.
