在中航工业西飞公司为新舟600飞机用户提供的高、低利用率两种维修大纲中,没有明确单机年飞行时间介于1 000小时和1 200小时之间的用户应该采用哪种维修大纲,这为用户提供了选择的灵活性。通过对比分析,从维修任务量、生产控制难度、工程管理难度、飞机出勤率等方面论证了高利用率维修大纲对单机年飞行时间介于1 000小时和1 200小时之间的用户来说更经济、有效。
XI＇AN aircraft company issued high utilization and low utilization maintenance program for MA600. But the direction doesn＇t say which maintenance program is suitable for the customers having their aircraft utilization between1000 to 1200 hours per year. However,it gives customers enough flexibility. After analyzing maintenance load,difficulty of production controlling and engineering management and aircraft serviceability,it was proved that the high utilization maintenance program is economical and efficient.
