摘要
排气歧管是发动机主要受高热零部件,工作负荷大。为了有效设计发动机排气歧管,系统讲解排气歧管设计步骤,从发动机本身要求到排气歧管三维数模的确定,再到热分析,最后进行试验考核,进行系统性详细描述,为发动机排气歧管的设计提供参考依据。
The exhaust manifold is mainly affected by heat engine parts,work load. In order to effectively design of engine exhaust manifold,exhaust manifold system to explain the design steps,from the engine itself requires to determine the exhaust manifold 3D model,and then to the thermal analysis,finally carries on the test,carries on the system detailed description,to provide the reference for the design of the engine exhaust manifold.
