摘要
安全离合器是步行式水稻插秧机的关键部件,其扭矩不足会导致插秧机在作业时出现漏插、不插秧等现象,严重影响插秧机的作业质量。通过试验的方法找出导致安全离合器扭矩衰减的原因,找到解决问题的办法从而消除故障,与理论计算、CAE分析等方法相比较,简单易行。
Safety clutch is a key component of walk-rice transplanter,it will result in not planting and leak planting phenomenon because of insufficient torque,which will seriously affecting the quality of walk-rice transplanter. Through the test method to find the cause of safety clutch torque attenuation,and then find ways to solve the problem of eliminating fault. Compared with the theoretical calculation and CAE analysis method,simple and feasible.
