摘要
以减速器装配生产线为研究对象,运用工业工程理论与方法,对生产线进行平衡分析研究,并对瓶颈工位、关键工位进行了优化改善。改善后的生产线平衡率由原来的74.57%提升到了85.48%,生产线平衡率提升了10.91%,减员1人。
