宇龙仿真软件在高职数控加工实训教学中的应用

Application of Yulong Simulation software in CNC Machining Training Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

本文根据我院数控加工实训设备少、学生多的实际情况,以及数控加工实训教学中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了利用宇龙仿真软件进行数控仿真实训,经实践证明,使用该软件在虚拟的环境中进行零件的数控加工,可以有效的解决我校数控加工实训中存在的问题,同时还具有降低成本、提高效率、安全性高等优点,但也存在一些不足,并对不足之处提出相应的应对措施。

In this paper,according to the actual situation of our Institute of CNC training less equipment,students,as well as the existing problems in the practice teaching of NC machining are analyzed,proposed the NC simulation training by Yulong simulation software,proved by practice,the NC machining of parts in the virtual environment of the use of the software,and can effectively solve the problems existing in our school of CNC training problems,but also has lower costs,improve efficiency,high security,but also has some shortcomings,and puts forward the corresponding measures for the deficiency.
