With the development of the library alliance, performance in the investment management and library alliance has been concerned increasingly. The library alliance performance evaluation is the key to the construction of evaluation index system. By using multivariate statistical analysis method, this paper designs a set of objective and science library alliance performance evaluation index system, which has an important guiding significance to the library alliance performance management and promote its development.
