Research on Development Strategy for Jiangxi Capital Market

江西经济发展相对滞后,资本市场也欠发达。截至目前,江西省内沪深A股上市公司仅有33家,放眼全国,江西资本市场的规模仍然偏小,上市公司数量少,资本市场结构很不合理,制约资本市场发展的因素不少。从产业分布看,大都集中在传统产业,主要为机械、金属制品、交通运输、化工、电力、建材等;从区域分布看,一些具有比较优势的产业和地区缺少或没有上市公司。因此,无论是从现有上市公司数量,还是拟上报及储备的上市企业数量来看,江西省仍有相当的潜力可挖。

Jiangxi economic development is lagging, and the capital market is relatively underdeveloped. Up to now, there are only 33 Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in Jiangxi Province. However, across the country, the size of the Jiangxi capital market is still small, and the number of listed companies. The capital market structure is irrational, and there are many factors that restrict its development. From industrial distribution,there are mainly traditional industries, such as machinery, metal products, transportation, chemical, electric power,building materials and etc.. From regional distribution, it is not reasonable as well： some industries and regions with more advantages lack of or even does not have listed companies. Therefore, from the amount of the existing and potential listed companies, we can see that Jiangxi has a considerable potential to exploit.
