HPLC法测定维吾尔药比合玛尔江散中没食子酸的含量

Determination of gallic acid content in bihe maerjiang powder by HPLC

目的：测定比合玛尔江散中没食子酸的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，Pheomenex luna C18色谱柱（250×4.60mm，51μm），柱温35℃，流动相甲醇-0.2％磷酸（5：95）为流动相，检测波长273nm，流速1.0mL／min结果：没食子酸在21.88—218.80μg∥mL间呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9997，平均回收率为102.11％，RSD0.53％。结论：该方法具有操作简单，灵敏，准确的优点，分离效果显著，可用于余甘子的含量测定和本产品质量控制。

To determinate the contents of gallic acid in bihe maerjiang powder. Method ：An HPLC method was used and Pheomenex luna C18 was selected （250×4.60mm,5μm）, a column temperature was 35℃, methyl alcohol -0.2% Phosphoric acid （5：95 ） were mobile phase, the detecting wavelength and velocity were 273 nm and 1.0mL/min respectively. Results： There were established a good linear relation between 21.88 ~ 218.80 μg/mL of gallic acid, r = 0.9997, the average recovery methods had the advantages of simple and easy operation, effect. The methods were can be used to determination of was 101.00%, RSD was 0.86 %. Conclusion： The sensitive and accurate and exhibited a good separation contents and quality control of the fructus phyllanthi.
