乳腺良性腺肌上皮瘤的X线和彩超特征

X-ray and ultrasound characteristics of breast benign adenomyoepithelioma

目的使用X线和超声(US)评估乳腺良性腺肌上皮瘤的特点。方法将2003年6月-2014年4月诊断9例患者的10个乳腺良性腺肌上皮瘤为研究对象。结果其中有8个病变进行了乳腺X线检测,有4个病灶X线出现异常表现,病变显示为边界模糊、不规则、等密度团块或有界限清晰、椭圆形、等密度团块,部分内部可见钙化。使用聚焦超声探测:10个病灶均显示为团块状,团块测量值0.5-4.3cm(平均2.3cm),不规则(n=8)或椭圆形(n=2);分叶状(n=5),边缘模糊(n=3)或边缘锐利(n=2),它们均为低回声为主;乳腺BI-RADS分级其中有6个病灶评为4B,4个病灶评为4A。结论良性腺肌上皮瘤的乳腺X线检查结果是非特异性的。一个不规则的,分叶状或边缘模糊、低回声和外周血管增加乳腺良性腺肌上皮最常见的US特征。

Objective To use X-ray and ultrasound characteristics of benign breast adenomyoepithelioma. Methods From 2003 June to 2014 April 9 patients with 10 breast benign adenomyoepithelioma were enrolled this study. Results 8 lesions were breast X-ray examination,4 lesions of X-ray were abnormalities,lesions show for fuzzy boundary,irregular,density clumps or clear boundaries,oval,density mass,internal calcification. The use of focused ultrasound detection：10 lesions show mass,mass measure-ment value of 0.5-4.3cm （mean 2.3cm）,irregular（n=8） or elliptical （n=2）;phyllodes （n=5）,fuzzy edge （n=3） or sharp edges（n=2）,as they were low echo;breast BI-RADS classification of which 6 lesions were rated as 4B,4 lesions on 4A. Conclusion Breast X-ray examinationresults benign adenomyoepithelioma nonspecific. The most common characteristics of benign gland myoepithelial US is an irregular,lobulated or edge blur,low echo and more peripheral vasculars.
