光学相干断层成像在冠心病介入诊疗的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomogra-phy,OCT)技术是一种新的诊断技术,其分辨率是血管内超声的十倍,目前是评价冠状动脉粥样斑块的重要手段。根据OCT的成像原理,现在人们能清楚看到冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的情况,可以更好地指导临床诊疗。
