摘要
为了使继电保护定值校核工作更加科学有效,研究了基于检修票信息的继电保护定值在线校核预想方式的实现方案。首先,对基于智能调度技术支持系统(SG-OSS)平台实现定值在线校核做了总体介绍,重点说明了数据源检修票的获取方法;然后,提出了采用平衡二叉树法基于检修票关键信息获取可能方式断面的优化算法,详述了在此基础上生成预想方式计算时刻的运行方式的方法;最后,提出了针对不同时刻负荷方案选取合适潮流断面的实用化方法。
In order to make the verification of relay protection setting more scientific and effective,a method of realizing the anticipated mode for on-line verification of relay protection setting based on maintenance tickets information is studied.First,a general description about the realization of on-line verification based on SG-OSS platform is given,especially the way to obtain data source of maintenance tickets is explained.By using the balanced binary tree method and based on maintenance tickets,an optimization algorithm to obtain the possible mode section is then proposed.Based on this,the generating way of anticipated mode at the calculation moment is elaborated.Finally,a practical method of appropriate power flow section selection for different load cases is proposed.
