摘要 采用乳液聚合法合成羧甲基纤维素-丙烯酸酯乳液胶黏剂。通过单因素试验,初步确定各因素的影响水平,再通过正交试验获取乳液胶黏剂合成的较佳条件。结果表明:聚合温度设定75℃,软硬单体配比1∶1,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)用量0.25%为较佳的合成条件。在较佳工艺条件下合成的纤维素-丙烯酸酯乳液固含量为:22.7%,黏度为38.4 mPa·s,表面张力为36.6 mN/m,剪切强度为1.81 MPa,pH值为3.72。 Carboxymethyl cellulose-acrylic emulsion adhesive was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The influence of experimental factors was preliminarily determined by single factor experiments. Orthogonal experiments were then designed to explore the optimal synthesis process. The results showed that the optimum condition were as follows, the polymerization temperature, hard monomer-soft monomer ratio and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose ( CMC ) content were 75℃, 1 : 1 and O.25%, respectively. The emulsion thus obtained showed a solid content of 22.7%. Its viscosity was 38.4 mPa·s ; the surface tension was 36.6 mN/m; the shear strenth was 1.81 MPa and the oH value was 3.72.
