摘要 本文选用167 dtex/144 f涤纶低弹丝为原料,在20针/25.4 mm的迈耶·西MCPE2.4型大圆机上开发了两款校车用提花绒布面料。阐述面料的花型设计方法,如图案和色彩的设计要点与步骤,并详细说明面料生产工艺流程,包括筒染工艺、设备参数、后整理工艺等,同时,给出面料的基本性能参数。通过对面料断裂强力、耐磨性能、阻燃性能等的测试与分析,得出该校车座椅面料不但具有良好的物理性能,而且其阻燃性和气味性等也能满足安全要求,为汽车内饰面料的应用提供一定的设计思路。 The paper develops two kinds of new weft jacquard fleece fabrics used for school bus by using167 dtex / 144 f low elastic polyester filament on 20 G MayerCie MCPE2.4 type circle knitting machine. The design method of fabric pattern are expounded, such as the design key points and process of pattern and color; and fabric knitting process, including the cheese dyeing process, equipment parameters and post finishing process and so on;and the basic technical parameters of fabric are given. In addition, the breaking strength, wear-resisting and fire resistance properties are presented. The results show that these two kinds of school bus used fabrics have not only good physical properties, and its flame resistance properties and smell can also satisfy the security requirements,which can provide a certain reference for application of automobile interior fabrics.
