无缝内衣机导纱器的变换技巧

A Research on the Yarn Nozzle Adjustment Skill of Seamless Underwear Machine

在利用无缝内衣机进行多色提花时,导纱器变换角度的选择,非常重要而又十分困难。以往的技术人员大多数是根据生产经验和不断试织,才能找到合适的导纱器变换的位置。本文以一台筒径为381 mm(15"),针数为1 344枚针的圣东尼TOP2S型单面无缝内衣机为例,研究无缝内衣机导纱器变换的方法。通过理论计算得到色纱导纱器1、色纱导纱器2、导纱器4、导纱器5的安全退出工作位置的角度和针数,为无缝内衣机技术人员在编写程序时提供指导意见。

In view of the problem of difficult but important yarn nozzel adjustment for multi-color jacquard（more than 2 colors） knitting on Santoni seamless underwear machine, the paper introduces a new and effective method of yarn nozzle adjustment, by taking TOP2 S Santoni seamless underwear single machine with cylinder diameter of 15＂ and total stitches of 1 344 as an example. The correct degree and number of needles to move yarn nozzle in or out of working position are worked out by theoretical methods, which can provide some references for writing programs for seamless underwear machine.
