Cold pad-batch pretreatment process was introduced, the deficiency of its application on cotton fabric was pointed out.The study and development was conducted in terms of equipments, process flow, process parameter, auxiliaries and other aspects, and the economic effects were analyzed.The results show that cold pad-batch pretreatment new process for knitted fabrics solves the problems of crease and uniformity, and it can greatly save energy, reduce wastewater discharge, increase production efficiency and obtain satisfactory economic and social benefits.
