摘要 采用计算机可编程逻辑控制器PLC模式来设计服装裁割机的控制系统,其中PLC为运动控制的核心,计算机用于排料以及裁割参数的设置。阐述了该系统的核心控制器PLC、伺服电动机及其他器件的选型与搭建,指出由于裁割机裁片数据量大,要求切割速度快,综合考虑选用欧姆龙NJ501 PLC作为控制器;上位机采用Visual C++6.0开发数据处理程序;上、下位机直接通过TCP/IP实现数据的即时传输。完成系统的硬件搭建和软件编程之后,对控制系统进行联机调试,实际测试证明控制方案能达到预期效果。 The computer PC+Programmable Logic Controller PLC mode is used to design the clothing cutting machine control system, in which the PLC is the core of motion control, the PC is used to set layout and cutting parameters. The selection and construction of the control system are described, including the core controller PLC, servo motors and other devices. Considering the large amount of data contained in cut pieces and high required cutting speed, the NJ501 PLC is selected as the controller. The data processing procedures of PC are developed by Visual C++6.0. The real-time data transmission between upper & lower machines is directly via TCP/IP. After completing the system's hardware setup, software programming, and debugging, the desired effect of the control scheme is proved by actual tests.
