CLINICAL EFFECT OF BONE MARROW STEM CELLS TRANSPLANTATION ON EARLY AVASCULAR NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD

摘要 目的探讨自体骨髓间充质干细胞植入联合髓芯减压治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法2010年11月-2011年lO月,髓芯减压自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗25例患者(28髋),其中FicatI期6髋,II期22髋。比较手术前后VAS评分、Harris髋关节功能评分。结果24例(27髋)随访平均17个月,1例症状加重行全髋关节置换术。其余患者术后髋关节疼痛症状减轻,髋关节功能改善。术后3月VAS及Harris评分与术前无统计学差异,12个月时VAS评分及Harris评分与术前比有显著差异。结论骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死近期疗效肯定,能够缓解疼痛症状和改善关节功能。 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of transplantation bone marrow stem cells on early avascu- lar necrosis of femoral head. Methods 25 patients (28 hips. 6 hips at Ficat stage I and 22 at stage If. ) with avascular nec- rosis of femoral head were treated with core decompression and bone marrow stem cells transplantation. Pre - and post - oper- ative scores on VAS and Harris Hip were compared. Results 24 patients (27 hips) were followed up for an average 17 months. The VAS and Harris Hip scores 3 months after operation were insignificantly different from pre - operative scores. VAS and Harris score 12 months after operation were both significantly difference from pre - operative scores. 1 case received total hip replacement for its devastating symptoms. The other patients had the pains relieved and hip function improved after operation. Conclusion Bone marrow stem cells transplantation is effective and safe in treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head, for it can relieve pains and improve hip function.
