摘要
采用三维绘图软件Pro/E建立印刷机构模型,并运用软件中的结构设计模块进行运动学仿真分析.通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench和Pro/E软件之间的双向数据传输功能,将模型导入到有限元分析软件中进行印刷机构的模态分析.通过仿真分析,验证了机构设计的合理性,找出了印刷机构中弯曲扭转变形较大的部位,为机构的进一步优化设计提供理论基础.
The reliability of printing mechanism can directly affect the dynamic accuracy and pro-cessing quality of paper and yarn compounding bag-making and printing machine.The model of printing mechanism is designed by Pro/E software and the dynamic simulation analysis is analyzed based on the construction design module of Pro/E.By bidirectional exchanging data between Pro/E and ANSYS software,the model is imported into finite element analysis software (ANSYS Workbench)and the modal analysis is carried out.Through the simulation analysis,the rationality of mechanism design is verified and the parts with severe bending torsional deformation are found,which provides theoretical basis for further mechanism design and optimization.
