摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对高压烧结炉快开结构进行应力计算,并对快开结构进行了非线性接触分析,得到了接触结构详细的应力分布。按照JB4732—1995《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》要求对高应力区进行了应力强度评定。评定结果表明其强度满足要求。
By use of ANSYS Workbench finite element software ,the stress of quick-opening structure in the high-pressure sintering furnace was calculated ,and the nonlinear contact analysis for the quick-opening structure was achieved ,the stress distribution of contact structure was obtained .The stress intensity on the high stress area was evaluated according to JB 4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels Design by Analysis .The evaluation results show that the strength meets the requirements .
