一种离心开关装置的工作行为分析与研究

摘要 针对用户的需求,设计了一种在规定转速范围内能实现开关触发的装置。根据其工作原理和设计参数,按照机械动力学分析方法对所设计的产品进行仿真,研究转速变化与该装置执行端的输出位移关系。经过试验验证,理论计算结果与仿真分析的结果和实际试验值误差在6.8%以内,由此可见可以通过仿真软件ADAMS对产品的设计参数进行优化以提高其性能。 According to user needs ,a device which can trigger the switch in specified speed range is designed . The purpose of simulation about the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the device on the basis of the mechanical dynamics analysis method is to study the relationship of the input of revolution and the output displacement of the device actuator .It is poved that both the result of theoretical calculation and the result of the simulation analysis are close to the actual test value through experiment .The design parameters can be optimized to improve the performance by ADAMS software .
