野外炮管擦拭系统机构研制

Structure Design of Field Barrel Wiping Device

设计了野外炮管擦拭机,通过电动机的电力输出将繁杂的人力劳动转变为机械自动擦炮,将电动机的旋转运动通过机械传动转化为清洗杆的水平往复直线运动。采用单片机设计了电路控制系统,使整个擦拭过程达到自动化。

In this paper ,a wiping machine is designed ,which can tranfer the rotation of a motor into a reciprocating rectilinear movement through a mechanical transmission ,to let the heavy human labor transfer into the mechanical automation wiping .By use of a single-chip microcomputer ,a simple circuit for motor reversing control is designed ,and the automation of the cleaning process is realized .
