摘要
针对自由式砂带抛光中砂带的接触状况,建立螺杆受力的力学模型,利用有限元分析方法分析了砂带与螺杆的接触应力以及砂带的变形情况,得到螺杆所受的正压力和砂带自身应力、应变的变化情况;研究双砂带抛光对螺杆中径抛光质量的改善情况,也为相关参数的选取和理论计算提供了依据。
Aiming at the abrasive belt contact status during the polishing process of spiral surface by freestyle abrasive belt , a mechanical model of screw is established .The finite element method is employed to analyze the situation of contact stress and strain between belt and screw . The screw's normal pressure and the belt's contact stress and strain are obtained in this paper . The polishing quality of screw by dual abrasive belt is further discussed .This work also provides the basis for the selection of relevant parameters and theoretical calculation .
