摘要
螺旋曲面零件是螺旋类机械的重要组成部分,其精度影响着螺杆机械的性能。研究了螺旋曲面盘铣刀的铣削原理,通过与传统的成形铣削对比,建立了刀具与工件的相对位置及坐标系,研究了工件与刀具的空间啮合条件,为进一步研究高精度复杂螺旋曲面加工技术奠定了理论基础。
Spiral curved surface part is the core part of spiral machine ,its accuracy directly determines the performance of spiral machine .This paper analyzes the milling principle of spiral curved surface by disk cutter ,and by comparing with the form milling technique in the past ,puts forward the method of unification between the tool position and the workpiece position .It discusses the spatial meshing condition of the workpiece and the tooling .This lays the theoretical foundation for the further research on high precision milling technique of the complex spiral curved surface .
